Service prices
The sad truth is that there’s nothing more costly for the client than underestimating the situation – in the form of contractual or other documentation, or a mistake during analysis. Not to mention losing a legal dispute. That is why our law firm is focused on the thorough preparation of all outputs, with precise instructions for the client (on how to handle them).
After many years of existence, there are very few cases which can surprise us during the practice of law. That makes our journey to the goal that much faster, resulting in a lower final service price for the client.
Time is relative. Even the most expensive solicitor in the city can ultimately be the cheapest. One hour of sharp and creative thinking can bring the same result as one week’s work carried out by someone else.
That’s the reason why some of our clients have been with us for decades.
Methods of determining remuneration for legal services
- on the basis of a flat monthly remuneration,
- on the basis of a lawyer’s tariff (regulation remuneration),
- on the basis of so-called hourly contractual remuneration,
- on the basis of a mutual agreement regarding the one-time price of a legal service,
- depending on the result of the case.
Price of a legal consultation
An initial legal consultation in our office is charged as 50 EUR for every half hour, or part thereof, of consulting activity.

Regarding the price of legal services, they are always set individually in advance – according to the client’s actual needs. The price of the service depends on the time demands of the request, value of the case, possible complications, and existence of a foreign element or the need to use a foreign language. If the solicitor’s and client’s remunerations are not contractually agreed, then they are always governed by the applicable legislation, i.e. Regulation of the Ministry of Justice no. 177/1996 Coll., Lawyer’s Tariff.
