Corporate law
Corporate law is an integral part of the legal services provided by our office within the scope of business law. Our clients are provided with comprehensive legal services in establishing corporations, increasing or decreasing their registered capital, making modifications, structural changes or liquidations, as well as in the administration and management of corporations.
We also have experience in the area of group law, which may be used in concluding contracts between groups or in connection with the elaboration of reports on relations between the connected parties.
