Labour law

The area of labour law is a relatively common subject-matter of the legal services demanded primarily by corporations, cooperatives and public entities in the role of employers. In connection with employer-employee relationships, we most often provide consultations and legal opinions, make comprehensive contractual documents, and assume representation in legal disputes, but we also prepare in-house standards, collective agreements, and actively take part in dealing with collective disputes.

The labour law area cannot be underestimated on the part of employers. The Czech legal order provides a number of protective elements for employees, which are contained in the Labour Code as well as the Act on Inspection of Work and the Employment Act. Both legal regulations provide for relatively strict sanctions for the errors or mistakes of employers. They are therefore recommended to strictly comply with labour regulations.
