Mgr. Antonín Hulva

Antonín Hulva is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Brno. He successfully completed his studies in 1978 by passing a state final examination. After his studies, he worked as a company lawyer for Stavoprojekt, a state-owned enterprise in Ostrava, for a period of three years. In 1980 he became a company lawyer for Jednotné zemědělské družstvo Hlavnice, a uniform agricultural cooperative based in Litultovice, where he worked until 1991. In that year he established an office, a commercial-legal office at the time. As a result of the merger of the Czech Bar Association with the Chamber of Commercial Attorneys in 1996, he became an independent lawyer.

In his practice, he deals mostly with business, civil and labour law. He also engages in administrative and criminal law. In terms of narrow specialization, he deals with corporate law, obligational relations and legal relations to real property.

In the area of corporate law, Antonín Hulva founded many corporations and cooperatives and took part in their reorganization and restructuring. In the area of development, he legally protected the construction of a number of industrial structures as well as a multi-purpose hall in Opava.

In the area of international business, he legally protected, for example, the subdelivery of tanks for oil products and a drainage system for a refinery in Serbia, took part in construction projects for an energy processing plant in the Russian Federation, and was involved in the construction of a meat-processing plant in Sudan.

In the area of corporate law, Antonín Hulva founded many corporations and cooperatives and took part in their reorganization and restructuring. In the area of development, he legally protected the construction of a number of industrial structures as well as a multi-purpose hall in Opava.

In the area of international business, he legally protected, for example, the subdelivery of tanks for oil products and a drainage system for a refinery in Serbia, took part in construction projects for an energy processing plant in the Russian Federation, and was involved in the construction of a meat-processing plant in Sudan.
